Our Recent Awards Include:
- 2002 to 2012: A decade of Carlisle’s annual “Excellence in Single Ply” (ESP) awards . This is an award which recognizes Carlisle’s top 100 roofing contractors across the nation, which is approximately 5% of its applicators, who exceed Carlisle’s standards in single-ply installation, customer service, timely deliveries and business management.
- 2005: Carlisle’s “Hall of Fame” award, recognizing our 250th perfect 10 roof. Since 2005, we have earned hundreds more “Perfect 10″ roofs on roofs that were installed perfectly.
- 1997 to 2005: Steven’s “Alliance Gold Award”, recognizing the workmanship of finished projects, prompt handling of project documentation requests, low warranty-claim ratios, and the overall quality of the business relationship.
- 1996 to 2000: Steven’s “Hall of Fame” Award, recognizing at least 1 million square feet of warrantied Steven’s Roofing Systems over a 3-year period.

TPO Roof Membranes
TPO Roof Membranes utilize seams that are fused together using hot air, at approximately 1,000 degrees. Other roof membrane systems rely on double-sided taped seams.

Amica Insurance. New EPDM Roofing membrane, and new insulation, covered by new colored concrete paver blocks provide an attractive patio adjacent to the cafeteria.

Toys R Us, Swansea, Mass. Extensive steel deck replacement completed at night to avoid inconvenience to shoppers. Daytime work included installation of new insulation and new black EPDM roof membrane.

New mechanically fastened TPO membrane over new rigid insulation over a pre-engineered metal roof. Older metal roofs on pre-engineered metal buildings can be easily converted to modern, energy saving white membrane roofs, with long-term warranties.

Stanley's Boat Yard, Barrington, RI. Fully adhered EPDM membrane over new rigid insulation. Roof was a double barrel configuration.
