Replaced patio walking surface and EPDM roofing membrane outside
building 25 cafeteria. Removed old deteriorating concrete pavers
and old roofing system. Installed new insulation, new EPDM membrane
roofing system, and new concrete paver walking surface in architect
designed color patterns. The project included new railings,
planters, lighting and electrical connections for new heated
walkmats.
2004 – Reroofed all flat roofs at Gastonbury, Conneticut Offices (7200 Sq Ft.)
2006 – Reroofed additional sections of Building 25 and field office in Lincoln, RI (61,100 Sq Ft.)
