Three full-time production crews are each headed by an experienced and skilled foreman. Each crew is fully trained and is equipped to handle a complete reroofing project. Each project is 100-percent complete before a crew is reassigned.

so our service crews can immediately handle almost any roofing
situation they may encounter. Our service department crews are
specialists in patchwork of older roofs. Problems are solved
quickly and efficiently.

Chaffee Industrial Roofing, using infrared-imaging equipment
manufactured by Flir Systems, Inc. also offers infrared
roof moisture surveys that reveal trapped moisture that
invites roof failure.
Chaffee ensures that rooftop equipment changes (on roofs originally
completed by Chaffee) are done to the specifications of the
roofing material manufacturers so that the warranties remain
in force.
Crews are supported by a full-time, experienced office staff at our 12,000-square-foot headquarters, shop, and warehouse building in East Providence, Rhode Island.
