We insure that any alterations to a roof accommodate new roof equipment. On all roofs originally installed by us, subsequent work is done to the specifications of the roofing material contractor so that the warranty remains in force.

Chaffee’s service department can respond 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our voice mail system will take your message and automatically forward it to our on-call Services Representative for a responsive action to your situation.
