Toys R Us, Swansea, Mass. Extensive steel deck replacement completed at night to avoid inconvenience to shoppers. Daytime work included installation of new insulation and new black EPDM roof membrane.

New mechanically fastened TPO membrane over new rigid insulation over a pre-engineered metal roof. Older metal roofs on pre-engineered metal buildings can be easily converted to modern, energy saving white membrane roofs, with long-term warranties.

TPO Roof Membranes
TPO Roof Membranes utilize seams that are fused together using hot air, at approximately 1,000 degrees. Other roof membrane systems rely on double-sided taped seams.
