Steve Chaffee is a 1974 graduate of the University of Rhode Island Business School. He started his career at Chaffee Industrial Roofing in 1972 and has worked in all aspects of the business. In 1982, he became the third generation of the Chaffee family to own the business. He has served on many boards and now serves as Vice President of the Rhode Island Roof Contractors Association.

Rick Chaffee is a 1983 graduate of Bentley College. He started his career at Chaffee Industrial Roofing in 1979 and has worked in all aspects of the business. He has continued his education and recently completed Bryant University leadership development program. His primary responsibility at Chaffee Roofing is business development and estimating. Rick has served on many boards and is currently on the board of Rhode Island Building Owners and Managers association.

Colm Rogers broke into the commercial roofing business in 1997 and has been a commercial roofing estimator since 1999. He’s experienced in estimating all roofing systems from single ply, to BUR, to SPUF and coatings. Colm became a member of the Chaffee team in 2009 and is a Project Manager responsible for projects north of the Mass Pike.

Peter Chaffee started his career on the installation crews, and has worked his way through all aspects of the business. He has attended several different seminars through the Roofing Contractors Institute to learn about the latest in roofing technology, including a recent intensive seminar in Canada. Peter is currently responsible for business development, estimating, and information systems. He graduated from Northeastern University with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Management Information Systems. Peter is the fourth generation to work at Chaffee Roofing.

Greg Devlin began his roofing career in 1989, starting off as a laborer and quickly getting promoted through the ranks to foreman. Within a few years, Greg moved on to become a logistics manager for Gentex Optics. Greg then became a project manager for a demolition and abatement company supervising their operations. Greg co-founded his own environmental company, which he ran for 3 years. From there, Greg became a resident engineer for the State of Massachusetts working for D.C.A.M. Afterwards, Greg became a project manager for a large roofing company in central Massachusetts, supervising all aspects of production. He joined Chaffee Industrial Roofing in 2012 as our operations manager.

Kelley Muldoon-Keith graduated with honors from the Community College of Rhode Island in 1984 with an associates degree in Bookkeeping/Secretarial Science. She joined Chaffee Industrial Roofing in 1989 as a bookkeeper. Since that time, she has risen through the ranks to become our office manager. She now oversees all of our internal office activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. Her efficient work puts the finishing touch on the great work that all of our employees provide every day.

Patrick (PJ) Fay started in the roofing business in 1985. After working for a number of contractors in the Boston area, he joined Chaffee Industrial Roofing in 1994. PJ is experienced in all phases of roofing and repair and currently heads the Boston division of our service department, covering the eastern Massachusetts region. PJ has recently attended roofing seminars by both Carlisle SynTec Incorporated and Stevens Roofing Systems.

Ray Beausoleil began his roofing career in 1971 and has previously worked for a number of roofing contractors and is experienced in all aspects of roofing work. Ray joined Chaffee Industrial Roofing as a roofing mechanic in 1992, was promoted to foreman in 1994, and promoted to the service department in 1996. Today Ray oversees the activities of our service department based in our home office.
